I bought a picture from you, but I haven't received it yet. How do I access my photos?
Our system is automated. You would have received an email from us straight away. Unfortunately, they sometimes end up in your junk mail folders. Please check there. If it's not there, send us a message, we'll look into it and get it sorted as quickly as we can.
How do I find my race images?
To search for your number, click the big yellow box labelled Find My Number. Scroll down to your number, then click on it. This will call up your images for you. Also, you may find some images in the No Number gallery, so be sure to check there, especially if your initial search turns up nothing
We do not hold back photos after the event. About 98% of the images we take make it onto the site. Some, we may not think, are up to our standard of quality and get deleted. Focus issues, you jumped too high and lost your head, the camera freaked out, and so on, are reasons we might dump the shots. We do not keep these shots, and you will never see them, so no need to ask.
Do you have photos from such and such a location? I saw a photographer taking photos there.
If they are not up, we do not have them. Often, we are not the only photographers on the track and probably do not know who the others are.
Do you offer Buy All Packs?
We used to, but people kept asking for group discounts, so we organised that instead. This way, you only need to choose the images you like best and get those. The more you get, the cheaper the images become. Plus, if you get together with your friends and family or even add in the same events from previous years, you can grab some great deals
Can I get a sponsored image without a watermark?
Yes. We sell unwatermarked images. Let us know your race and race number, plus the filename of any images in the no-number section you are after. We shall then send you a link to your own private gallery.
Can I get a larger-sized image?
Possibly. We don't always keep the full-sized image on file. But we are happy to upgrade you to what we have with an admin fee.
Can you remove the other person in the photo for me?
We usually can. Our rates start at $100/hr and require a minimum of 1 hour.
Can I get a refund?
That will depend on the issue. If you do not like the image, maybe you were sticking your tongue out or some such, then, so long as you have not yet downloaded it, we can swap it for another. If there is an obvious issue with the photo from our end, then yes.
I'd like to use your images of myself on my business page. Happy to give you credit
Great, we're always happy when someone wants to use our images commercially. Send us an email, and we will get back to you quickly with our rates. We definitely appreciate the credit too.
I actually meant credit in lieu of payment.
Ah....well........um, this is awkward.........so I checked with the team and they said they are not willing to work for free so we will have to pass on your offer.
